The Business Sprinkler Alliance (BSA) is a proud supporter of FIREX International 2019 and will be hosting and delivering presentations at the ‘Sprinkler and Suppression Zone’, where they will be raising the awareness of the benefits of sprinklers to provide property protection as well as life safety.
The BSA advocates greater business resilience by enhancing protection against fire through the increased acceptance and use of fire sprinklers in commercial and industrial premises. It aims to do this by delivering robust information and insight into the benefits of fire sprinklers and the critical importance of fire prevention.
The BSA aims to ensure business decision makers appreciate the role that fire sprinklers can play in physical and commercial resilience. The BSA shares these messages with regulators and legislators to help review existing evidence and law, and ultimately drive widespread awareness of fire sprinklers to effect a culture change for their acceptance and adoption.
Established in 2010, the BSA’s founding members include the National Fire Chiefs Council, National Fire Sprinkler Network, European Fire Sprinkler Network, Fire Protection Association, British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association and commercial property insurer FM Global.
